Situations that may result in cancellation include, but are not limited to: A private event booking that overlaps with the reservation time. A technical issue or software malfunction that results in double booking or incorrect availability. In the event that a reservation is canceled by The Greens, the customer will be promptly notified and a full refund will be processed to the original form of payment.
